**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences and create effective ad campaigns.
- **Campaign Setup and Optimization**:

- Create, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Video, etc.).
- Implement proper tracking mechanisms (Google Analytics, conversion tracking) to measure campaign performance.
- Regularly optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators and conversion rates.
- **Keyword Management**:

- Conduct ongoing keyword research and analysis to discover new opportunities and ensure campaign relevance.
- Monitor and adjust keyword bids to achieve optimal performance and ROI.
- **Ad Copy Creation**:

- Develop compelling and effective ad copy that aligns with the brand messaging and targets specific audience segments.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Provide budget recommendations based on campaign performance and objectives.
- **Performance Reporting**:

- Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features in the Google Ads platform.
- Implement best practices and innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Expert with a successful track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Google Ads certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
