**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 per month

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1.5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify and target relevant search terms to optimize ad campaigns.
- **Ad Copywriting**: Create compelling ad copy that drives traffic and conversions while maintaining brand voice and guidelines.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze data and performance metrics to track campaign success and generate reports for stakeholders.
- **Budget Management**: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets and ensure the campaigns remain within the set limits while achieving maximum performance.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content and design teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- **Client Communication (if applicable)**: Provide updates and insights to clients, ensuring their expectations are met.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
- **Certifications**: Google Ads certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot errors in campaign setup and troubleshoot performance issues.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative abilities to write ad copy that attracts attention and drives conversions.
