**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in planning, executing & optimizing paid ad campaigns on **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)**:

- Work on eCommerce brands, focusing on **ROAS**, **AOV**, and **scaling budgets**:

- Analyze ad performance and generate performance reports
- Conduct audience research & competitor analysis
- Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals and copy direction
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates & new ad formats

**Who You Are**:

- A fresher or up to **1 year of experience** in Meta ads or performance marketing
- Have a basic understanding of **pixel setup, events, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies**:

- Interested in **D2C e-commerce** and love decoding consumer behavior
- Strong analytical mindset with a love for numbers and growth
- Self-driven, curious, and ready to experiment and learn fast
