**Position Title**: Facebook Ads Intern
**Location**: Mohali, Phase 8A

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and creative Facebook Ads Intern to join our digital marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute data-driven strategies, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to achieving business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Facebook ad campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and refine campaign strategies.
- Write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing content in collaboration with the design team.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- Support A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, and ad placements to improve performance.
- Assist in creating weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Facebook advertising and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose innovative campaign ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and digital advertising concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a passion for social media marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
