Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Facebook Ads & Google Ads Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Facebook and Google to ensure maximum ROI. Day-to-day tasks include audience research, campaign analysis, performance monitoring, budget management, and generating insightful reports. Collaboration with other team members to align paid advertising strategies with broader marketing goals is also key.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Strong analytical skills for audience research, data-driven decision-making, and generating actionable performance reports
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies, ad copywriting, and A/B testing techniques
  • Familiarity with budget management and maximizing advertising ROI
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Experience in e-commerce advertising or similar roles is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
