Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Meta Ads Executive with 0.5 to 1 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising and will assist in creating, managing, and optimising paid campaigns to achieve performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
  2. Conduct audience and competitor research to identify targeting opportunities.
  3. Monitor campaign performance, analysing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
  4. Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy.
  5. Manage daily ad budgets, bidding strategies, and overall campaign performance.
  6. Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI and ensure alignment with business goals.
  7. Stay updated on Meta Ads Manager tools, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  8. Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
:

  1. 0.5 to 1 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
  2. Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign setup processes.
  3. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  7. A strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and performance advertising.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with other paid platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  2. Understanding of remarketing strategies and pixel tracking.
  3. Knowledge of A/B testing, creative optimisation, and conversion tracking.
  4. Certification in Meta Blueprint or similar digital marketing programs will be an added advantage.
