Job Overview:

We're looking for a highly analytical and creative Meta & Google Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving ROI through performance marketing, with a proven record of managing budgets, generating leads, and increasing conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to achieve maximum ROI, conversions, and quality leads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Create and manage remarketing and retargeting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports showcasing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
