An SEO / Website & Meta Ads Specialist for real estate is responsible for driving organic and paid traffic to a real estate company's website and generating leads through online channels. This involves optimizing the website for search engines, managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), conducting keyword research, creating targeted ad content, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI). They must also stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. Key responsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value terms for real estate listings and services.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for improved search engine rankings.
  • Implement technical SEO strategies, such as improving site speed and mobile-friendliness.
  • Build and manage local SEO, including optimizing Google Business Profile and directory listings for specific geographic areas.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO tactics, including link building and directory submissions.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Generate reports summarizing web performance and SEO results for management.

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & Website Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta platforms to generate leads for real estate sales.
  • Develop creative ad copy, images, and videos tailored to the real estate market.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for ad campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives for maximum ROI.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Collaboration and strategy

  • Collaborate with content creators and other teams to develop SEO-friendly content.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Manage and improve the user experience on the real estate website.

Job Type: Full-time
