Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage
    paid advertising campaigns
    across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    for creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.
  • Perform
    keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
    .
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like
    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting dashboards
    .
  • Collaborate with the content and design team for ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    digital marketing trends, ad policies, and algorithm updates
    .
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Support overall
    digital marketing strategies
    including SEO, email marketing, and social media when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a
    Digital Marketer / Ads Specialist
    (3+ years).
  • Strong expertise in
    Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    , and other paid platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
    .
  • Excellent understanding of
    CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to craft engaging ad copies and campaigns.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
