At **Digi Hawks Marketing**, we help businesses scale with data-driven paid marketing strategies.

We’re now expanding our paid media team and looking for a **Facebook Ads Executive** who can handle multiple accounts, build creative funnels, and optimise campaigns for growth.

**What You’ll Do**
- Plan, launch & optimise **Meta Ads** for eCommerce and lead generation clients (national & international).
- Manage multiple ad accounts, ensuring proper campaign structure, targeting, and creative alignment.
- Create and test ad copies, visuals, and A/B variations for best CTR & ROAS.
- Set up tracking pixels, events, and custom conversions through Business Manager.
- Analyse daily performance data and share actionable insights with the team and clients.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to execute full-funnel campaigns.
- Stay updated on Meta’s algorithm updates, Advantage+ campaigns, and industry trends.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience managing **Meta Ads** (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of **campaign structure**, **audience targeting**, and **budget optimisation**.
- Experience with both **lead generation** and **eCommerce (sales/retargeting)** campaigns.
- Comfortable using **Meta Business Suite**, **Events Manager**, and **Ads Manager Reports**.
- Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and make ROI-focused decisions.
- Clear communication skills and accountability in delivering results on time.
