Building maintenance encompasses a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of a building. These responsibilities include performing routine inspections, repairing equipment, maintaining building systems like HVAC and plumbing, and addressing potential issues proactively. Detailed Responsibilities:

- **Routine Inspections**: Regularly inspecting the building, systems, and equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- **Repair and Maintenance**: Repairing faulty equipment, components, and structures. This may include fixing drywall, repairing doors, or addressing plumbing and electrical issues.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Implementing preventative maintenance procedures to slow down wear and tear and extend the lifespan of building components.
- **System Maintenance**: Maintaining and repairing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- **Cleaning and Sanitation**: Cleaning and sanitizing building facilities, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
- **Emergency Response**: Having an emergency response plan in place and responding to emergencies as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintaining inventory records for equipment and supplies.
- **Coordination with Contractors**: Coordinating with contractors and other specialists as needed.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair tasks.
- **Supervision (if applicable)**: Supervising other workers and coordinating maintenance activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
