Land Site Maintenance Executive

**MIRCHANDANI GROUP** **LAND MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE** A "Land Maintenance Executive" is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintaining and preserving a property's outdoor spaces, including landscaping, grounds keeping, irrigation systems, and vegetation management, by developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans, managing a team of groundskeepers, and ensuring the property's aesthetics and functionality are consistently maintained while adhering to budget constraints and safety regulations. An excellent Land Maintenance Executive must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing etc. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Site Inspections and Assessments**: Regularly inspect the land site or property available for rental to identify maintenance needs, including landscaping features, walkways, fencing, drainage systems, lighting, and signage. - **Maintenance Planning and Scheduling**: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for routine tasks like mowing, trimming, weeding, irrigation management, tree pruning, and debris removal. - **Contractor Management**: Source and manage external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks like pest control, landscaping installations, camera set up, or major repairs, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. - **Budget Management**: Track maintenance costs, monitor expenses, and propose budget adjustments as needed. - **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, including proper equipment usage and employee training. - **Emergency Response**: Address and resolve immediate maintenance issues or emergencies on the site. - **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities (at land site as well as property available for rent), including dates, tasks completed, and any issues identified. - **Staff Supervision (if applicable)**: Lead and supervise a team of groundskeepers or maintenance personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. **Required Skills and Qualifications**: - **Experience**: 5+yrs of proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role. - **Educational Background**: High school diploma; Degree from a vocational school will be a plus Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred - **Technical Knowledge**: Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.) Understanding of landscaping practices, irrigation systems, plant care, basic construction principles, and facility maintenance. - **Maintenance Management**: Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities. - **Problem-Solving**: Ability to diagnose issues and identify solutions to maintenance challenges. - **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with contractors, stakeholders, and team members. - **Safety Awareness**: Commitment to sustaining quality standards, providing a safe working environment, and adhering to safety measures. - **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors, including lifting, bending, and walking long distances. - Language Known - Hindi English Marathi. - Age Limit : 35-40years - Industry Type - Construction. - Joining Period - Immediate - Head Office - SB Road - **Employment Type**:Full Time, Permanent - **Interview Schedule contact : 9923300039 - HR** Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Property maintenance: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 19/02/2025
