**Job Title**: Land & Property Maintenance Executive
**Job Purpose**:
To ensure that all land parcels and rental residential properties owned or managed by the company are well-maintained, secure, and compliant. This includes managing day-to-day upkeep, minor civil repair works, and coordination with vendors for timely maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Land Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections of all company-owned land parcels.
- Ensure sites are clean, fenced, and signage is in place.
- Prevent and report any encroachments or unauthorized activity.
- Coordinate site-level security and monitor caretaker performance.
- Maintain logs and documentation of inspections and site conditions.
- Liaise with local authorities in case of land disputes or encroachment issues.

**Residential Property Maintenance**:

- Oversee the upkeep of rental residential units owned by the company.
- Coordinate and supervise minor civil repairs—plumbing, painting, electrical, etc.
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and arrange required maintenance work.
- Ensure all rented units are in habitable and presentable condition.
- Schedule regular maintenance checks and address tenant complaints.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain records of repairs, expenses, and vendor work completion.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline (Civil or Facilities background preferred)
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in site/property maintenance, preferably in real estate, facilities, or construction
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of civil works, plumbing, and electrical maintenance
- Ability to supervise contractors and skilled labor
- Good coordination and reporting skills
- Familiarity with local administrative procedures
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- Language Known - Hindi English Marathi.
- Age Limit : 35-40years
- Industry Type - Construction.
