- **Inspections**:Conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
- **Coordination**:Working with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and servicing.
- **Budget Management**:Managing the maintenance budget and ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
- **Team Leadership**:Leading and managing a team of maintenance personnel.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:Implementing and overseeing preventive maintenance programs.
- **Problem Solving**:Diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns and other maintenance issues.
- **Strategy Development**:Contributing to the development of maintenance strategies and long-term plans.

**Required Skills**:

- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical systems, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and motivate a team, and communicate effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- **Budget Management Skills**: Ability to manage and control maintenance costs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
