TASK, RESPONSIBILITY, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Development of new ideas and concepts of new machines/
Technology/New equipment.
- See that our factory should be mechanised and automated.
- Do solve maintenance related problems which cannot be solved by
maintenance
department.
- Responsible for minimizing physical handling of products by human
beings.
- Responsible for standardization of final products by using advance
machines, equipment or
new technology.
- Reduce the time of product making.
- Should give training of new machine, technology to the concerned
department.
- Proper follow up and check of the new machine till its smooth
functioning.
- Reduce the wastage of products by using machines.

Should follow the following process for development of a new machine.
Should observe and analysis the process of working on the process area.
- Innovative ideas and implementation
- Design of new ideas
- Approval from HOD.
- Budget and cost of project.
- Finalisation.
- Experience- 5 - 7 Years- Salary- 4 Lac To 6 Lac P.A.- Industry- Manufacturing / Production / Quality- Qualification- Other Bachelor Degree- Key Skills- Maintenance Executive
