**Role: Maintenance executive**

**Experience: 1 to 4 years**

**Qualification: B.E Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Background**

**Job Location: Bhiwandi (Mumbai)**
- Conduct routine inspections of plant facilities, utilities, and machinery to identify and address any issues or potential breakdowns.
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and efficient work practices.
- Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance measures to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce repair costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory using Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for maintenance staff.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules for plant equipment, utilities, and machinery to ensure optimal performance
