**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance**:

- Perform routine electrical maintenance checks on Grinding, Milling, Lathe, Drilling, CNC, and VMC machines to ensure their optimal functioning.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, ensuring swift repairs to minimize machine downtime.
- Conduct periodic inspections, calibrations, and maintenance tasks to prevent any malfunctions or breakdowns.
- **Electrical System Repairs**:

- Handle repairs and modifications for electrical control panels, wiring, motors, sensors, PLCs, and other electrical components.
- Work on electrical power supply systems, ensuring proper functioning of all machinery in the production unit.
- **Installation and Commissioning**:

- Oversee the installation of new electrical equipment and machinery, ensuring correct setup, calibration, and integration with existing systems.
- Commission new electrical systems and machinery after installation, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- **PLC and Automation Systems**:

- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC-based systems controlling CNC, VMC, and other automated machinery.
- Collaborate with the automation team to fine-tune machine settings and optimize automation processes.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes when working on machines and equipment.
- Ensure electrical maintenance procedures are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment, identifying and addressing potential hazards related to electrical systems.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and machine downtime.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports to management.
- Update technical documentation and manuals related to electrical equipment.
- **Collaboration and Support**:

- Work closely with mechanical engineers, operators, and other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
- Provide training and technical support to operators on electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering,
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems in Grinding, Milling, Lathe, Drilling, CNC, and VMC machines.
- Experience working with PLC, CNC systems, and other automation systems is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, control panels, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Proficient in using electrical testing and troubleshooting tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance for seamless collaboration with mechanical teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
