- Job Title: ITI Electrician - Electrical Maintenance_
- Location: Ambadwet Factory, Pune_
- 1. Job Purpose_
- Overview:_
- The ITI Electrician will be responsible for the electrical maintenance, troubleshooting,_
- and repair of machines, cranes, and other factory equipment to ensure smooth and_
- uninterrupted operations at the Ambadwet factory. This role involves performing_
- preventive and corrective maintenance, adhering to safety standards, and_
- collaborating with the production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize_
- downtime._
- 2. Key Responsibilities_
- Maintenance & Repair:_
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in_
- machines, cranes, and other equipment._
- Inspect and replace faulty components, such as wiring, switches, relays, and motors._
- Preventive Maintenance:_
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime._
- Keep records of maintenance activities and recommend improvements to prevent_
- recurring issues._
- Installation & Upgradation:_
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical systems._
- Perform electrical upgrades and modifications as required._
- Compliance & Safety:_
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards while working on electrical systems._
- Ensure compliance with factory electrical codes and regulations._
- Inventory Management:_
- Maintain an adequate inventory of electrical spare parts and tools._
- Report shortages or requirements to the supervisor._
- Collaboration:_
- Coordinate with the mechanical maintenance team and production staff to minimize_
- equipment downtime._
- Support other maintenance activities, such as HVAC or lighting systems, as needed._

- 3. Required Qualifications_
- Education: ITI Diploma in Electrical/Electronics_
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial electrical_
- maintenance._
- Certifications/Licenses:_
- Special Skills:Experience with cranes, heavy machinery, and production line_
- equipment is preferred._
- 5. Working Conditions_
- Work Environment: Requires working in shifts, including weekends, as per_
- operational needs._
- Physical activity, such as climbing or working in confined spaces, may be required._

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
