Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 Years as a Procurement Buyer in a medium or large global enterprise
- Deep Workday ERP purchasing system knowledge (other ERP experience is acceptable)
- Experience reviewing Supplier Purchase Requisitions, issuing Purchase Orders, processing Change Orders, and setting up new Suppliers in Workday
- Skilled at creating and implementing a negotiation strategy
- Proven track record for cost avoidance and reductions
- Working with N. America, Europe, and Asia based company stakeholders and suppliers
- Familiarity with Procurement categories such as IT Software and Hardware, SaaS renewals and contract labor SOWs
- Software tools such as Contract Management System
- Procurement credit card with stakeholders
- Create/improve Procurement training work aids (e.g., screenshots, instructions, video recordings, webinars) for internal customer training

Characteristics
- Effective communications skills with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Aggressive aptitude and attitude to look for and push for cost savings in each purchase
- Comfortable in reporting sourcing activities and savings KPIs to Executives
- Thrives working in a fast paced, global, and multi-time zone environment
