Senior Buyer- Strategic Sourcing

The Senior Buyer will be responsible for leading and executing the procurement strategy for India and central Asia, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. The Senior Buyer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal, to identify and select suppliers that meet the company's quality, delivery, and cost objectives. The Senior Buyer will also work cross functionally to identify opportunities to improve supply security, net working capital, and total cost of ownership for parts procured outside of India for India and for global sites looking to source product from India.

Lead strategic category management for both direct and indirect spend for India

Responsible for achieving KPIs relating to Cost, Quality, Service, and Supplier Management

Drive the development and implementation of global category strategies

Develop and implement standard procurement policies and procedures within assigned categories of responsibility
