**Chef De Partie (CDP) - Indian Mithai & Western Desserts**
- **Positions**: 2
- **CTC**: ₹4 lakhs to ₹5 lakhs per annum
- **Location**: Parijat Nagar, Mahatmanagar, Nashik

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and oversee the production of high-quality Indian sweets and Western desserts.
- Ensure the use of authentic ingredients and techniques for Mithai.
- Innovate and develop new recipes, balancing tradition and contemporary trends.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Halwai Chef or in a similar role.
- Expertise in Indian Mithai and basic knowledge of Western desserts.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Creativity and adaptability in recipe development.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
