Job Description: Japanese Demi Chef de Partie
Position Summary:
The Japanese Demi Chef de Partie plays a vital role in the culinary team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of Japanese cuisine. Working under the guidance of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, the Demi Chef de Partie ensures that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. This position requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for Japanese cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of Japanese dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Handle and prepare ingredients with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all dishes.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality before use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Work closely with other members of the culinary team to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with chefs, sous chefs, and other team members.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff as needed.
**Salary**: ₹13,443.76 - ₹22,837.13 per month
