2. *Market Penetration and Expansion*: Increase market share and expand the customer base in the industrial, DTM, railways, and government sectors by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

3. *Relationship Building and Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

*Job Deliverables (JD):*

1. *Develop and Execute Sales Strategies*: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

2. *Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities*: Identify potential customers and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

3. *Manage and Maintain Existing Customer Relationships*: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. *Conduct Sales Calls and Presentations*: Conduct sales calls and presentations to potential and existing customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of the company's paint products.
