Prozone has a plotted development going on in Indore and has completed a residential project at Nagpur where in we have received OC upto the 11th floor. Hagwood Commercial Developer Co pvt ltd is an SPV of Prozone for the Nagpur project..

**Job Title**: EXECUTIVE - CRM

**Location**: Nagpur (Prozone Palms)

**JOB DESCRIPTION-**
- Timely raising Demand on customers and informing same to HO for updating in tally.
- Follow-up for customer collection and preparation of receivable report.
- Resolving of customer queries related to GST, demand and finalization of final receivable amount.
- Give clearance for possession.
- Processing site and sales office bills.
- Maintain petty cash.

**Requirements: -**:

- 2 or more years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Office, Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
