Job Title: Junior Social Media Marketing Associate

Location: Hyderabad, India

Reports To: Social Media Manager / Business Development & Marketing Head

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Social Media Marketing Associate to

join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will assist in managing social media

passionate about social media, digital trends, and has a desire to grow within the advertising

and marketing space. You will play an important part in shaping the brand’s online presence

and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Social Media Management: Help manage day-to-day social media activities such as scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring trends.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance, compile reports, and provide insights on audience growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to queries and comments, and foster relationships with the online community.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into ongoing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure social media content is aligned with overall branding and messaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Creativity: A keen eye for design and creativity in developing visually appealing content (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus).
- Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and an understanding of best practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging posts and interact with online communities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and campaigns.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Digital Savvy: Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
