The Role As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be an essential link between our company and Digital Mojo, our marketing agency partner. You will be tasked with harnessing your knowledge of hydroponics farming and digital marketing to enhance our brand's online presence and engagement. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, creativity, and communication skills, as you will be the point of contact (POC) for coordinating and executing our digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities - **Digital Marketing Strategy Execution**: Collaborate with Digital Mojo to implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns tailored to hydroponics farming enthusiasts. - **Social Media Management**: Oversee our social media profiles, including content planning, posting, and engagement with our community. Utilize analytics to refine strategies and increase reach. - **Brand Ambassador**: Serve as the face of our brand in the digital space, engaging with customers, influencers, and partners to build relationships and promote our products. - **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about the latest trends in hydroponics and digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement. - **Performance Reporting**: Regularly report on campaign performance and insights to the management team, providing recommendations for improvement. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field. - Proven interest or experience in hydroponics farming is a must. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently from an office setting and collaborate effectively with a remote team. - Creative thinker with analytical skills to assess data and campaign performance.
