**About the Role**: We’re looking for a **creative, proactive, and digitally savvy professional** to join our team as a **Canva Designer & Social Media Executive**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment and enjoys combining creativity with strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:Graphic Design (Canva)**
- Design visually appealing and brand-consistent creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, ads, presentations, and brochures.
- Develop graphics for multiple formats suited to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

**Content Creation**
- Write clear, engaging, and audience-specific captions and social media copy.

**Video Content & Reels**
- Plan, edit, and publish short-form videos and reels using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Canva Video.
- Keep content aligned with current social media trends, audio, and storytelling techniques.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and schedule daily posts across all platforms using social media scheduling tools.

**Job Postings & Recruitment Support**
- Assist HR by posting job vacancies on job portals like Indeed, Internshala, Updazz, etc.

**Who We're Looking For**:Must-Have Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Canva** (design and video tools).
- Familiarity with video editing tools like **CapCut**, **InShot**, or **Canva Video**.
- Excellent command of English (written & verbal).
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts.
- Basic understanding of content trends and platform-specific strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment coordination.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Understanding of **SEO basics**, **paid advertising** **campaigns**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
