**Job Brief**

You will collaborate with SEO, content, and digital marketing teams to deliver scroll-stopping visuals and ensure consistency across all channels.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Creative Visual Design**:

- Design eye-catching **thumbnails for blogs, videos, and articles** that drive engagement and clicks.
- Develop **scroll-worthy social media creatives** for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-converting **ad creatives** for performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).

**Branding & Consistency**:

- Maintain visual consistency across all designs according to brand guidelines.
- Enhance and elevate the visual identity of campaigns while adhering to the company’s tone and aesthetics.

**Collaborative Execution**:

- Work closely with **SEO, content, and marketing teams** to translate campaign ideas into visuals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to ideation for social and campaign strategies.

**Tool & Software Expertise**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or tools like Canva, Figma, Envato, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of basic animation/video editing will be an added advantage.

**Efficiency & Management**:

- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.
- Ensure high attention to detail, accuracy, and timely delivery of assets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field**.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design for digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in **social media creatives, ad banners, and blog graphics**.
- Ability to understand marketing goals and adapt designs to suit different audiences.
- Knowledge of **latest design trends, digital formats**, and creative best practices.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for visual storytelling.
