Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**:Develops and produces various forms of content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written copy, specifically tailored for Instagram.
- **Visual Design**:Designs visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and style guidelines.
- **Content Calendar Planning**:Collaborates with the marketing team to plan and schedule content, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh and engaging material.
- **Brand Consistency**:Maintains brand consistency across all Instagram content, ensuring it aligns with the overall brand voice and messaging.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Stays updated on the latest Instagram trends and features, and incorporates them into content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitors content performance using analytics tools, identifies what resonates with the audience, and adjusts strategies accordingly.
- **Community Engagement**:Interacts with followers, responds to comments and messages, and fosters a sense of community around the brand.
- **Content Repurposing**:Adapts existing content into various formats for different Instagram features (e.g., Reels, Stories, posts).
- **Collaboration**:Works closely with other team members, including marketing, design, and social media teams, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.

Skills Required:

- **Strong Content Creation Skills**: Proven experience in creating engaging and visually appealing content.
- **Proficiency in Design Tools**: Familiarity with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing tools.
- **Instagram Platform Knowledge**: Deep understanding of Instagram's features, algorithms, and best practices.
- **Content Strategy & Planning**: Ability to develop and execute effective content strategies.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with the audience and collaborating with the team.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to generate original content ideas and adapt to new trends.
- **Video Editing Skills**: Ability to produce and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
