**Responsibilities**:

- **Writing and Editing**:

- Write clear, concise, and compelling captions and descriptions for Instagram reels, conveying complex financial concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and tone.
- **Research and Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on financial news, market trends, and social media trends to inform content creation strategy.
- Conduct research on relevant finance topics, industry trends, and audience preferences to develop content that resonates with our target audience.
- **Content Planning and Scheduling**:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop content calendars and schedules for Instagram posts and shorts videos.
- Plan and coordinate content releases to optimize engagement and reach on Instagram and other social media platforms.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on Instagram, engaging with followers, answering questions, and fostering community interaction.
- Collaborate with the social media team to respond to feedback, address customer inquiries, and manage brand reputation.
- **Performance Tracking and Analysis**:

- Track key performance metrics for Instagram content, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimizing content strategy and improving performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience or Deep Knowledge in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Confidence and authority in voice and content delivery
- Proven experience creating content for Instagram and shorts videos, preferably in the finance or related industry.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a general audience.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, and social media management platforms.
