**Social Media Specialist - Job Description**

**Job Brief**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage the social media calendar to ensure timely and relevant content updates across platforms.
- Able to provide platform-specific content including posts, stories, short videos, reels, and testimonials.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to patient inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the design, SEO and content teams to produce high-quality creatives, catchy captions, animations, and short-form videos.
- Track and report basic performance metrics such as likes, comments, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Support in planning and executing campaigns feedback initiatives, and awareness programs.
- Conduct regular research on trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and adherence to healthcare communication guidelines.
- Submit weekly performance summaries highlighting key activities, engagement trends, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Business platforms.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to create or coordinate vernacular content for regional engagement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative with a passion for social media marketing in the healthcare domain.

**Location**: Work from office - Hyderabad (Banjara Hills)

**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

**Weekly Off**: Sunday

**IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
