Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and ads, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant social media posts.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising techniques and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
