Audience Developer is responsible for organic growth of audience over all the Social Media Platforms and

Management of Client presence over Social Media. He/she is directly responsible for developing strategies and

Promotional plans for content, creators, brands etc. as applicable. The position is responsible for

Implementing social media strategies for clients

Key Result Areas
- Responsible for audience growth & engagement of the Social Media Pages/Profiles assigned.
- Responsible for reach of content, quality of posts/tweets and response rate on Social Media
- Designs content plan for campaigns, interviews, programs, lives etc.
- Communicating effectively with the clients and understanding requirements
- Responsible for responding to the queries of clients in a timely and considerable manner.
- Proactively suggesting the clients with the strategies and ideas for their social media presence and

management
- Understand the keywords and SMO strategies for Content Optimization over all Social Media

Platforms
- Should keep a tap on the current trends in the market.
- Coordinate with infra services team for the creatives like posters, videos etc
- Coordinate with Asset Management and other teams in protecting the digital image of clients and the

company and also to curb piracy whenever needed
- Develop and execute customized strategies pertaining to social media management, content

promotions and campaigns.
- Research and use social media tools on a daily basis in support of clients’ social media
- strategy
- Monitor the insights/performance metrics and take required action for further development of

profiles/pages
- and benchmarks
- Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments assuring web

content is user friendly and key-worded for SEO benefit.
- Moderating user-generated content such as message Facebook pages/posts/twitter replies.

Functional Skills:

- Strong understanding of platforms, Content Monetization
- Understand the keywords and SMO strategies for Content Optimization over all Social Media
- Platforms
- Knowledge on commercial usage of content
- Strong knowledge on various social media platforms
- Should have done certifications by YouTube and Google
- Experience in client servicing
- Outstanding ability to write the engaging online content
- Understanding of how content works on Social Media
- People Skills:

- Confident communication skills and excellent English written skills
