**Job Title**: Office Administrator with Social Media and Digital Marketing Expertise

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media and Digital Marketing**:

- Manage and maintain social media pages across various platforms, focusing on LinkedIn to connect with senior professionals in aquaculture.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts while ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality graphic content and design images using tools like Bing.
- Plan, develop, and implement innovative social media strategies to increase engagement and boost online visibility.
- Analyze and report social media performance metrics to measure campaign success and identify improvement areas.

**Office Administration**:

- Oversee daily office operations, including inventory tracking and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Ensure availability of office essentials, such as milk and curd, and coordinate utility-related bill payments.
- Procure necessary office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Manage administrative tasks like issuing ID cards, visiting cards, and other essentials for employees.
- Handle office rent agreements, including renewal discussions, and address region-specific administrative tasks (“Sarkulu”).

**Employee Coordination and Recruitment**:

- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, logins, and logouts.
- Support recruitment processes, including hiring annotators and coordinating their onboarding and training.
- Track annotator counts, process interval payments, and manage overall hiring workflows.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including PF registration, bank account setup, and knowledge transfer (KT) documentation for new employees.
- Manage employee exit formalities and ensure proper document handover.

**Team and Task Management**:

- Work closely with farms and field employees to address issues, coordinate activities, and streamline communication.
- Organize food and snacks for employees and track daily meal counts.
- Maintain and update birthday calendars, field task reports, and fieldwork schedules.

**Financial and Logistical Management**:

- Process and maintain TA & DA bills for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage loans, advances, and employee appraisal processes.
- Oversee payroll operations for two companies and maintain a comprehensive employee database.
- Coordinate insurance-related matters to ensure timely renewals and claims.

**Personal Development and Employee Engagement**:

- Organize and support personal development programs and classes for employees.
- Develop and distribute user guides and training materials to assist employees with various processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, especially on LinkedIn, and expertise in content creation.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with payroll management, recruitment, and employee onboarding processes.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹9,673.84 - ₹19,464.01 per month
