Through our innovative learning methodologies, we are built to create powerful experiences that help clients to build the future of their business. **Talent Acquisition -Non - IT** We are looking for someone who can join us immediately who have 1-3 Years of experience in IT Recruitment - Prepare and maintain various recruitment details & database - Maintain data and create reports - Work collaboratively with other departments across the organization as needed **What we are looking for?** **Qualification** - MBA, BBA graduate students would be preferred **Abilities** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with Microsoft Office - Are available for full time (in-office) - Are from or open to relocate to Bangalore You will be a member of the HR Team in the I Learn Future office in Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore. The position is office-based, with working hours ranging from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Leave encashment - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Recruiting: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required)
