**Position Summary**: The Dispatch specialist Intern (E Commerce) will play a crucial role in ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped accurately and in a timely manner. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing shipping logistics, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

**Duration and Location**: 3 Months
- Pune (WFO)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing - Review and process incoming orders from website and market places and other custom Orders. Verify order details, including product availability, shipping addresses, and delivery instructions.
- Should be able to do QC (Quality Check)
- Dispatching and Packaging
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including packaging and labelling.
- Inward and outward Operations - Manage the receipt of Good, check deliveries against purchase order and organize Inventory storage. Coordinate dispatch process and timely delivery
- Logistic Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and freight partners. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management
- Work with the inventory team to ensure that stock levels are accurately reflected in the system.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with order management software is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling issues.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
