**Job Description for Wingstair Elevators**

Job Title
- Senior Dispatch & Quality Executive

Salary
- 25,000 - 28,000

Location-Katraj, Pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Management**:

- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Plan and schedule dispatch activities based on production schedules, customer demands, and delivery deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and transportation records.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to arrange shipments and track delivery status.
- Address any issues or delays in the dispatch process and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- **Quality Control**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure adherence to product specifications and service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to identify any defects or deviations.
- Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including inventory levels, stock movements, and delivery details.
- Generate reports on dispatch performance, quality metrics, and customer feedback.
- Analyse data and identify areas for improvement in dispatch processes, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Liaise with internal teams, such as sales, production, and customer service, to coordinate order fulfilment and resolve any issues.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and transportation providers, to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide support and guidance to dispatch team, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, quality control) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in dispatch management and quality control, preferably in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems for inventory management, dispatch tracking, and quality assurance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of product/service quality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges in the dispatch and quality control processes.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
