Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and monitor daily dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to plan routes and load vehicles.
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport receipts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and delivery reports.
  • Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
  • Manage vehicle allocation and ensure proper documentation for drivers.
  • Report any delivery issues, delays, or damages to the concerned department.
  • Support the continuous improvement of dispatch processes and systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations (industry-specific preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in dispatch software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹27,586.47 per month
