**Senior Executive - Packing & Dispatch**

**Salary**
- ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
- We are hiring a Senior Executive - Packing & Dispatch to manage product packaging and dispatch operations at our manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring proper packing, labeling, storage, and timely dispatch of consignments while maintaining pharma-grade quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise packing operations (condoms, cartons, labeling, batch coding, sealing).
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, hygiene, and pharma standards.
- Plan and execute domestic & export dispatches.
- Prepare dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR, Packing List, Export docs).
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA/QC, transporters for smooth operations.
- Monitor loading/unloading and shipment tracking.
- Maintain ERP/Excel records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Manage packing & dispatch team across rotational shifts.
- Graduate in Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packing & dispatch (pharma/FMCG/manufacturing).
- Knowledge of GST, ERP systems, and export documentation.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in 12-hour day/night rotational shifts.
