**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Dispatch Operations**:

- Coordinate the scheduling and execution of daily dispatches of printed and packaged materials.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and loading of finished goods.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Liaise with transport vendors, courier services, and third-party logistics partners.
- Plan dispatches in alignment with customer priorities and production schedules.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare all dispatch-related documents such as delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and gate passes.
- Maintain and update dispatch logs and tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal and customer-specific documentation requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on dispatch performance, transportation costs, and delivery lead times.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Work closely with production, quality, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth dispatch flow.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules and status.
- Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

**Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team to manage stock movement for dispatch.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize obsolescence and stock loss.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to safety standards during loading and transportation.
- Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to logistics and transport.

**Key Requirements:Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum **1-3** **years** of experience in dispatch/logistics operations, preferably in the **printing and packaging** industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
