Job Profile: Packing and Dispatch Supervisor - Dairy Byproduct Processing Unit

Job Summary:
The Packing and Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the packaging, storage, and distribution of dairy byproducts such as Curd, Paneer, Buttermilk, Ghee, Khawa, Butter etc. This role ensures the timely and efficient packing of products while adhering to quality, safety, and hygiene standards. The supervisor will also coordinate dispatch operations to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Packing Operations:
Supervise the packaging process to ensure products are packed as per specified standards.

Monitor the operation and maintenance of packing machines and equipment.

Ensure accurate labeling, sealing, and coding of packages.

2. Quality Assurance:
Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality is maintained during packaging.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., FSSAI).

Maintain detailed records of quality control activities.

3. Inventory and Stock Management:
Monitor packaging material inventory and ensure timely replenishment.

Manage finished goods inventory and maintain proper storage conditions.

4. Dispatch Operations:
Coordinate with logistics teams for the timely dispatch of goods to customers or distributors.

Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, delivery challans, etc.).

Plan and schedule dispatches to optimize delivery timelines and costs.

5. Team Management:
Train and supervise packing and dispatch staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols among team members.

6. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed logs of packaging and dispatch activities.

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management on packing and dispatch performance.

Analyze dispatch data to improve efficiency.

7. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Conduct routine audits of packing and dispatch areas to maintain safety standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
