**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage loading and unloading of goods at the dispatch bay.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products as per delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Verify documentation like invoices, challans, and dispatch orders.
- Ensure safety and efficiency in material handling.
- Report daily dispatch status to the operations manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in dispatch, loading, or unloading operations.
- Knowledge of dispatch procedures, inventory documentation, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to lead a team of loaders and handle field staff.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Location: Waluj MIDC, Aurangabad
- Timing: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,245.66 - ₹24,232.85 per month
