To Manage the Employee Database, Payroll Management, Leave Management, MIS Reports, Provident Fund, UAN & Gratuity.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Should be able to prepare salary breakups, monthly payroll inputs to finance department, monitor attendance & leave record and manage time sheet records.
- Must have complete knowledge in processes like ESI / PF and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Requirements.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Should have experience in handling appraisals and salary revision cycles. employee’s grievance handling if any.
- Ensuring that all personnel day -to -day activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Following up the time and attendance system and maintain the database.
- Liaising with other department so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
