We are hiring Statutory Compliance Executive

Department: Finance /Compliance

Reports To: Manager - Compliance

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in similar role

**Salary**: Upto 3 Lakhs per annum

1.Compliance Management

Ensure timely compliance with PF ,ESI ,PT, TDS

Handle periodic statutory audits and inspections.

2. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain updated records of statutory filings and registrations.

Prepare and file returns for PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST, etc.

Assist with annual compliance returns (Form 16, Form 24Q, etc.)

3. Liaison and Coordination

Coordinate with statutory authorities (EPFO, ESIC, Labour Office, etc.)

Support HR and payroll teams in legal compliance-related matters.

Liaise with auditors and legal advisors.

4. Payroll Support

Ensure correct deductions for PF, ESI, PT, and TDS in payroll processing.

Verify payroll registers and assist in salary disbursement compliance.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
