**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Generation of EPF & ESI numbers and Employer codes for new establishments.
- Timely deduction and remittance of statutory contributions including EPF and ESI.
- Uploading data to the EPF/ESI employer portal and generation of challans as per compliance schedules.
- Accurate calculation of Professional Tax (PT) and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) based on state-specific periodicity and applicable slabs.
- Handling of Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) registration and approval of employee-initiated requests on the EPFO/ESIC portal.
- Providing support to employees for KYC updates, grievance handling, and resolution of queries related to EPF/ESI.
- Assisting employees in the PF withdrawal/transfer claim process and ensuring timely processing via the Unified Portal.
- Maintenance of statutory registers and documentation in compliance with the Employees’ Provident Fund Act and the Employees’ State Insurance Act.
- Coordinating and supporting clients during EPF & ESI inspections, audits, and compliance verifications.
- Must have experience on challan Generation.
**Note: Hindi Language Mandatory**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
