This position is responsibl for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
- Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
- Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns
- Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard
- Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
- Generation of UAN numbers ESIC numbers.
- Preparation of Monthly PF return, PT Return. Timely compliances of PF (UAN, KYC, Digital signatures, Form 5A etc.). Processing online PF Transfers and preparation of MLWF Return.
- Computation and disbursement of Increments, Bonus, Statutory Compliances of PF, ESIC, Leave encashment, Incentive etc. and any other deductions
- Leave management Maintenance of Leave records and Attendance as per statutory requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
