**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance digital marketing campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms**:

- Manage budgets effectively to achieve **maximum ROI**:

- Conduct in-depth **keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing** for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Monitor and analyze **campaign performance metrics** (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), making real-time adjustments to enhance results
- Stay updated on **industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices** to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with the **creative team** to develop compelling ad copies and visuals
- Generate **performance reports and insights**, providing recommendations for continuous optimization

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in **performance marketing or paid media advertising**:

- Hands-on expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising**:

- Strong analytical skills and experience using **Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and data visualization tools**:

- Proficiency in **budgeting, bid strategies, and audience targeting**:

- Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B digital marketing campaigns is a plus
- Knowledge of **SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)** is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends
