A performance marketing executive manages digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta to achieve specific, measurable goals such as leads, sales, or app installs. Key responsibilities include developing ad creative, optimizing campaign budgets, performing A/B testing, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing performance reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in various marketing tools, and the ability to collaborate with creative and product teams to drive results and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

· Campaign Management:

Plan, set up, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.

· Budget Optimization:

Manage and allocate advertising spend to maximize return on investment (ROI).

· A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.

· Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

· Collaboration:

Work with creative, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad assets and ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.

· Market Monitoring:

Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities for strategic improvement.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

· Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

· Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

· Creativity:

Ability to create compelling ad copy and imagery that resonates with target audiences.

· Communication:

Good communication skills to present performance reports and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

· Curiosity & Adaptability:

A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and stay current with the latest digital advertising trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
