**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about the products/services offered.
- Follow up with customers to resolve queries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and providing timely assistance.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet company goals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
