**Working Hours**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary**:₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele calling Executive to join our growing Ed-Tech team in Karkardooma, New Delhi. As a Tele calling executive, you will play a key role in helping students and professionals make informed decisions about enrolling in our educational programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the courses and services offered by the company in detail.
- Identify student needs and suggest suitable courses accordingly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (Ed-Tech experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student goals and recommend relevant courses.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
